"I could pop over, but he's probobly over it by now," she told him. "We'll just have to send him some of that hair-in-a-can next time and stick around for the fun."

"Ohgod yes. He's probably got bodyguards or something though... so maybe that's not such a good idea?"

He paused, thinking about it.

"Ah, screw it. We should totally do it."

"Awesome," Suze said, grinning broadly. "And you've got me anyways. We can pop in and out. Just like that."

Flash's eyes widened. "Really? You can take people with you? AWESOME."

"Yeah, sure," Suze nodded. "I take it you've never been world-hopped then?"

Flash shrugged. "I've been to other worlds in this galaxy, and hell, I've been to parallel worlds before, but I've never been deliberately world-hopped, no."

"Oh it's fun," Suze chuckled. "As long as I don't jump around too much at once. You don't even want to know how bad a headache I've gotten from that."

"I'm not sure I'd want to do too much at once. But then, I've never done it before so who knows."

Flash paused for a second.

"Uh... that didn't come out very well..."

Suze bit her lip, trying to hold back her laughter, but her amusement was obvious.

"No, no it didn't. But don't worry. I won't tell."

Flash grinned, then flinched. "Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure Bats set up cameras in this place. So while the sentiment is greatly appreciated, I'm not really sure that it would make much of a difference."

Suze frowned. She hadn't thought of that.

"So basically we're busted even if I had left right away."

She paused and looked around for any cameras. She then looked over her shoulder at Flash and smirked. "Then maybe I'll let that girlfriend of yours know what you said."

"Yeah, kinda... wait, what?" Flash was just confused now. "Who?"

"That Shayera girl," Suze answered, still smirking of course. "You two seemed pretty close."

There was a stunned silence as Flash processed this.

"...we're not..."

He paused again, attempting to collect his words.

"I mean... well... we're friends! But not... yeah."

"Uh huh," Suze said, her eyebrows arched in a look of disbelief.

"Well then, I could tell your...'friend'," she said, air quotes included.

"I hear the innuendo in your voice! THERE IS NO INNUENDO. Uh. I mean. NOTHING TO INNUENDO ABOUT."

"Yeah, yeah, sure," Suze said, waving her hand at Flash.

"Just a tip, denying things that hard doesn't usually help one's case."

Flash opened his mouth to say something, then stopped. "Right." He scratched his head. "If anything, really, it's like she's my sister."

"Fine," Suze nodded her smirk gone now and replaced with a more friendly smile. "Then we'll leave it at that."

"So when do you get off duty here?"

Flash grinned and rolled his eyes. "Midnight. Then GL comes by and I get to go sleep. If I haven't fallen asleep already, that is."

"Do we want to make the drop then?" Suze asked. "I'd take you now, but somehow I have a feeling you're in enough trouble as it is."

"Well if I'm not now, then I probably will be. And you will be, too, by the way. But I'll be in more trouble. But yeah, if I'm awake enough, then definitely."

"Don't worry about me. I'm a big tough girl," Suze joked.

Flash grinned. "Oh, I don't doubt that. I just want to make sure you know."

"Oh I know," Suze laughed. "I've talked to a Batman before. Though I don't know if it was the same one...Anyways, I'll be fine."
